A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

By participating in the Ford Tailgate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Ford Motor Company (“Sponsor”) and Group E Marketing Services LLC (“Administrator”), which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

Void where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, the NFL Entities (as defined below), Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., Cowboys Stadium, L.P./AT&T Stadium (collectively, the “Cowboys Entities”), DLI Properties, LLC., Southeast Michigan Ford Dealers (SEMFD), Greater Michigan Ford Dealers (GMFD), Young & Rubicam, LLC d/b/a GTB, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively, and their respective vendors, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”) and such employees’ immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (including anyone living in the employee’s household, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and email address will be the physical address and email address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or email address.

No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules or entry forms to their members. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.

Rules: These Official Rules comprise the entire set of Official Rules governing this Sweepstakes. IF YOU ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES.

2. Sweepstakes Period: 

The Sweepstakes begins July 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends January 10, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of a grand prize drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”) that runs the entire length of the Sweepstakes Period and a first prize entry period that runs from July 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET to October 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“First Prize Entry Period”). There is a First Prize Entry Period for each of the two (2) participating NFL team pools (each, a “Pool”); namely, the Dallas Cowboys (“Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool”) and the Detroit Lions (“Detroit Lions First Prize Pool”).

3. How To Enter: 

To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants must visit the website for the Pool (“Pool Website”) of either the Dallas Cowboys at https://cowboysfordtailgate.com/login or the Detroit Lions at https://lionsfordtailgate.com, depending on the Pool that they want to be entered into: ENTRANTS ARE ADVISED TO CAREFULLY MAKE THIS SELECTION, BECAUSE ENTRANT WILL ONLY BE ENTERED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A FIRST PRIZE FOR THE DALLAS COWBOYS OR THE DETROIT LIONS, BUT NOT FOR BOTH NFL TEAMS.

On the applicable website, an entrant must follow the links and instructions to complete and submit an official entry form with all required information, including but not limited to first name, last name, email address, residential address including zip code and daytime telephone number (“Entry” or “Entrant”). Each Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing during the Sweepstakes Period and one (1) entry into the Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool or the Detroit Lions First Prize Pool depending on their selection.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that any personal information provided by you in conjunction with Sweepstakes participation will be governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.ford.com/help/privacy/ and the privacy policy of either the Dallas Cowboys or Detroit Lions as applicable (available on its website, as set forth above). You are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies BEFORE entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to the terms of these privacy policies. California residents should specifically review the section of each privacy policy which addresses the rights of California residents pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the purposes for which their personal information has been collected, how Sponsor will use and share such personal information as well as their rights relative thereto.

4. Restrictions on Entry:

1. There is a limit of one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize drawing and one (1) Entry into the Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool or the Detroit Lions First Prize Pool depending on their selection. Violation of this limit will result in only the first Entry being considered for inclusion in the Sweepstakes with all other Entries declared void. But, if a person engages in egregious, blatant, or repeated violations of the Entry limit (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), Sponsor/Administrator may disqualify such person from the Sweepstakes altogether with all such person’s entries being declared void.
2. Submission of Entry does not constitute proof of Sponsor’s receipt of same or proof of Entry.
3. Sponsor may (but is NOT required to) acknowledge receipt of an Entry. To the extent applicable, any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator under any legal theory.
4. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email account used to submit the Entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
5. Should you participate in the Sweepstakes by using a mobile device, you will be solely responsible for wireless Internet access fees and other charges in conjunction therewith. You are advised to review your wireless carrier’s pricing plan before doing so. Wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

5.  Random Drawing, Winner Notification, Claiming Prize:

The potential winners will be selected in multiple random drawings as outlined below:

1. Grand Prize Drawing: On or around January 13, 2027, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential grand prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period from among both the Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool and the Detroit Lions First Prize Pool.

2. First Prize Drawings: On or around October 27, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential first prize winner from among all eligible entries received for each Pool, for a total of two (2) first prize winners -- one (1) for the Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool and one (1) for the Detroit Lions First Prize Pool.

Each winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Odds of Winning:

1. Grand Prize (1): 

The grand prize is a 2026 F-150® Lariat® model with available PowerBoost® Hybrid V6 (ARV/MSRP $71,355) and the winner can also select to have the selected vehicle wrapped in the logo/colors of the Detroit Lions or the Dallas Cowboys (“Grand Prize”). The ARV of the wrap component of the Grand Prize is $10,000. Winner may choose NOT to accept the wrap component of the Grand Prize; but, in such case, the Grand Prize will consist solely of the vehicle, and winner will not receive the value of the wrap component. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes.

Winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notice of availability as directed by Sponsor. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from vehicle shown in promotional materials. Winner understands and agrees that driving is an inherently dangerous activity with a risk of injury to him/herself, others (passengers, pedestrians, operators of other vehicles) and/or property.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

2. First Prizes (two [2] total; one [1] per Pool):

[i] Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool Prize (1):

The Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool prize is a trip for winner and one (1) guest to winner’s choice of one (1) of the following remaining Dallas Cowboys’ 2026-2027 NFL regular season games (“Dallas Cowboys First Prize”). Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to the location of the selected game for winner and one (1) adult guest, two (2) nights hotel standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy), $500 stipend awarded as cash or a gift card (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; stipend for winner only; terms and conditions apply), and two (2) tickets to the selected game. Game selection is subject to approval of Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of the Dallas Cowboys First Prize is up to $5,000. No more than one (1) Dallas Cowboys First Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. Winner may NOT receive his/her first choice of Dallas Cowboys games from among the available options

[ii] Detroit Lions First Prize Pool Prize (1):

The Detroit Lions First Prize Pool prize is a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Munich, Germany to attend the Detroit Lions vs. New England Patriots game (“Detroit Lions First Prize”). Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Munich, Germany for winner and one (1) adult guest, three (3) nights hotel standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy), a $750 stipend awarded as cash or a gift card (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; stipend for winner only; terms and conditions apply), and two (2) tickets to the Detroit Lions vs. New England Patriots game on November 15, 2026.  The ARV of the Detroit Lions First Prize is $7,000. No more than one (1) Detroit Lions First Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes.

The odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the first prize Entry Period for each Pool.

[iii] For Trip Prizes:

Tickets may be digital or paper tickets. If the winner elects to travel or partake in the applicable trip without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner and only one (1) game ticket will be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. The actual value of the trip may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of a first prize will not be awarded. For Dallas Cowboys First Prize, If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in prize value. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winners and guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government identification and/or passports (with passport which is valid for at least three [3] months beyond date of departure being required for Detroit Lions First Prize).

Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in the respective prize. Each winner must sign and return a travel liability release before travel will be booked. If guest is not of legal age of majority in winner’s jurisdiction of residence (18 or 21 years or older), winner’s parent/legal guardian must be the first prize winner as well as signing the Release on winner’s behalf. Winner and his or her guest hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the trip. Each winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in, and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Any damage to the room will be the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element, or detail of a prize is canceled, postponed, or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of a first prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the respective first prize, minus any unavailable event, element, or detail. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Each winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor and the applicable NFL team reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. No more than two (2) first prizes (one [1] per Pool) will be available in the Sweepstakes- one (1) for the Dallas Cowboys First Prize Pool and one (1) for the Detroit Lions First Prize Pool.

Winner must be available on date of game as determined by Sponsor (for Dallas Cowboys First Prize, the date of the approved Dallas Cowboys game; for Detroit Lions First Prize, November 15, 2026.). If winner is not available on such date for any reason, the respective first prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting.)

Tickets are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith as well as restrictions of applicable venue. (By way of example only, venue restrictions may include a prohibition on the use of offensive/abusive language and illegal or unruly behavior [the violation of which may result in imposition of a fine, ejection from venue in addition to other penalties]; venue’s bag policy, prohibition on bringing certain items into the venue [such as, weapons] and venue’s restriction or prohibition on re-entry.) Tickets are not intended for use by anyone other than winner and winner’s guest including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange, or barter. Seat location and type will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The terms and conditions of tickets awarded will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, as defined by the National Football League, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and winner’s guest agree to comply with all regulations of applicable venue in connection with acceptance and use of the prize.

First prize winners and guests must always act in an appropriate, well-behaved, and respectful manner as well as following all safety and other instructions. The preceding includes but is not limited to complying with the venue’s policies as well as with any laws/regulations or policies (of the United States, any political subdivision thereof, Germany, any political subdivision thereof, or any business entity, as applicable) designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or providing proof of vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus.  

  For All Prizes: There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) first prize per person. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes, be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Each winner is solely responsible for costs/expenses not specified in these Official Rules incurred in accepting and using the respective prize.

7. How To Claim A Prize:

The potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. After each applicable random drawing, Administrator will notify the potential winner via email/phone number at the email/phone number provided at the time of registration. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of date of notification; potential first prize winners must complete and return Affidavit/Release within 24 hours of time of notification. An electronic signature or affirmation or facsimile signature shall have the same legal force and effect as a hand-signed document; however, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion, to condition prize award on the potential winner returning a hand-signed version of the Affidavit/Release if such electronic signature/affirmation/facsimile signature is deemed to be inconclusive or inadequate by Sponsor and Administrator. Failure to provide all required information and a signature on the documents within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of a winner’s right to claim winner’s prize and may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner if time permits). If a potential winner of any prize is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, the respective prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner if time permits, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Upon verification of eligibility, the winners will be contacted to make arrangements for prize fulfillment. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for winner’s prize(s) won. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winners. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be each winner’s responsibility. The prizes will only be awarded to verified winners.

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor, the Released Parties, and the NFL Entities are not responsible for any interrupted/corrupted or unsuccessful phone calls, undelivered emails, including without limitation emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable may not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or Force Majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor, Administrator, the Released Parties, and the NFL Entities including, without limitation, the Cowboys Entities, DLI Properties, LLC entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding any prize for any reason.

If the Entrant(s) selected as a potential winner fails to respond to the winner notification phone call or email [as applicable] within the designated time period (including if the winner notification is in email form and categorized as “SPAM” or “junk” by winner’s email service provider or if email is undeliverable), fails to timely execute and return the Affidavit/Release, if applicable (as discussed above), if winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason or the selected Entrant cannot be contacted after reasonable effort as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (which may be as little as one attempt to do so via email or phone call), an alternate Entrant may be selected as a potential winner in their place.

8. Releases:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties, and the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents from any and all liability in conjunction with participation in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize(s), as applicable.

1. Entrants acknowledge that the NFL Entities, the Cowboy Entities, and DLI Properties, LLC entities have no obligations relating to the Grand Prize vehicle, includingincluding, but not limited to, control, maintenance, registration, repairs, and insurance.
2. Entrants further agree that Released Parties and the NFL Entities make no warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The preceding only excludes Sponsor’s standard written warranty on the 2026 F-150® Lariat® model as per the express terms of such warranty.
3. Where lawful, by accepting prize(s), winner agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees (including ownership of the Dallas Cowboys and/or the Detroit Lions) to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, photo, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, address (city/state) and other indicia of persona for commercial/advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or notice or approval of any kind.

9. Limitations of Liability: 

1. Released Parties and NFL Entities are NOT responsible for:

• any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
• technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in cellular networks, phone lines or network hardware or software;
• unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes;
• technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries;
• late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, illegible/garbled, jumbled, inaccessible, stolen, damaged or compromised entries, regardless of cause (all of which are void);
• any damage to Entrant’s or another’s computer or mobile device (or information stored thereon) due to participation in the Sweepstakes; and
• any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

2. Released Parties’ and/or NFL Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

3. Force Majeure. If, for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, any event or occurrence interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes (including without limitation, pandemic/epidemic, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot or strike), the Released Parties and NFL Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes, making the prize(s) available in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Released Parties and NFL Entities (including the Cowboys Entities and DLI Properties, LLC entities in their sole discretion.) Notice of such action will be posted by Sponsor on the Sweepstakes websites of the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein.

4. ANY ATTEMPT TO TAMPER WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; INTERFERE OR IMPEDE THE INTENDED OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION (IF APPLICABLE), AS WELL AS EXPOSING ANY INDIVIDUAL SUSPECTED OF SUCH CONDUCT TO PROSECUTION AND LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

10. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution:

1. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the law of Michigan (except for the conflict of law/choice of law rules of Michigan or of any other jurisdiction which would lead to the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than Michigan.)
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrants agree that: (i) any claim, dispute or cause of action regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought individually (NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION) in the federal or state courts of Michigan; (ii) they consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts as the exclusive tribunal for adjudication of any such claim/dispute/cause of action; (iii) their recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs involved in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) and they expressly waive their right to all other forms of recovery, including by way of example only, punitive, consequential, indirect, incidental, special and exemplary damages as well as attorneys’ fees for bringing such claim/dispute/cause of action. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Winners’ List:   For winners’ list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to FORD TAILGATE SWEEPSTAKES, P.O. BOX 2825 Orlando, FL 32802. All requests for the winners’ list must be received by March 29, 2027.

Abierto solo para los residentes legales de los cincuenta (50) estados de Estados Unidos y el Distrito de Columbia, mayores de dieciocho (18) años con licencia de conducir válida de los EE. UU.

Al participar en el Sorteo Tailgate de Ford (el “Sorteo”), usted acepta estos reglamentos oficiales y las decisiones de Ford Motor Company (el “Patrocinador”) y de Group E Marketing Services LLC (el “Administrador”), que tienen carácter final y vinculante en todo sentido y no pueden apelarse.

Nulo donde esté prohibido por ley.

1. Elegibilidad:

El Sorteo está abierto solo para los residentes legales de los cincuenta (50) estados de Estados Unidos y el Distrito de Columbia, mayores de dieciocho (18) años con licencia de conducir válida de los EE. UU. Los empleados del Patrocinador, el Administrador, las entidades de la Liga Nacional de Fútbol Americano (NFL) (como se definen a continuación), Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., Cowboys Stadium, L.P./AT&T Stadium (colectivamente, las “Entidades de los Cowboys”), DLI Properties, LLC., Southeast Michigan Ford Dealers (SEMFD), Greater Michigan Ford Dealers (GMFD), Young & Rubicam, LLC (que opera bajo el nombre comercial de GTB), y cada uno de sus respectivos propietarios, empresas matrices, afiliadas, subsidiarias, accionistas, funcionarios, directores, socios, agentes, representantes y empleados, tanto individual como colectivamente, y sus respectivos vendedores, mayoristas, minoristas, distribuidores, proveedores, agencias de publicidad y promoción (en adelante colectivamente las “Partes exentas”), así como los familiares inmediatos de tales empleados (padres, hermanos, hijos y cónyuges, sin importar dónde residan) y las personas que viven con ellos (incluidas todas las personas que vivan con el empleado, sin importar que estén o no relacionadas con él) no son elegibles para participar en el Sorteo ni ganar. La participación constituye la aceptación plena e incondicional del participante de estos reglamentos oficiales y de las decisiones del Patrocinador y el Administrador, que tienen carácter final y vinculante en todos los asuntos relacionados con el Sorteo. Ganar un premio está supeditado al cumplimiento pleno de todos los requisitos expuestos en el presente. Nulo donde esté prohibido por ley. Todas las leyes federales, estatales y locales son aplicables.

Para los fines del Sorteo, la dirección residencial y de correo electrónico del participante serán la dirección física y de correo electrónico indicadas en el momento del ingreso al Sorteo. No se permitirá que los participantes cambien su dirección física ni de correo electrónico.

Ningún grupo, club u organización puede participar en este Sorteo ni reproducir o distribuir a sus miembros ninguna de las secciones de estos reglamentos oficiales ni de los formularios de participación en el Sorteo. Ganar un premio está supeditado al cumplimiento pleno de todos los requisitos expuestos en estos reglamentos.

Reglamentos: Estos reglamentos oficiales constituyen el conjunto completo de reglamentos oficiales que rigen este Sorteo. SI USTED PARTICIPA EN EL SORTEO, ACEPTA ESTOS REGLAMENTOS.

2. Período de vigencia del sorteo: 

El Sorteo comienza el 31 de julio de 2026 a las 12:00 a. m., hora del este (“ET”), y termina el 10 de enero de 2027 a las 11:59:59 p. m., ET (“Período de vigencia del sorteo”). El Sorteo consta de un sorteo de un gran premio (“Sorteo del gran premio”), que se extiende durante todo el Período de vigencia del sorteo, y un período de participación del primer premio, que se extiende desde el 31 de julio de 2026 a las 12:00 a. m., ET, hasta el 25 de octubre de 2026 a las 11:59:59 p. m., ET (“Período de participación del primer premio”). Hay un Período de participación del primer premio para cada uno de los dos (2) grupos de equipos de la NFL participantes (cada uno, denominado un “Grupo”); a saber, los Dallas Cowboys (“Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys”) y los Detroit Lions (“Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions”).

3. Instrucciones para participar: 

Para inscribirse en el Sorteo, los participantes elegibles deben visitar el sitio web del Grupo (“Sitio web del grupo”) de los Dallas Cowboys en https://cowboysfordtailgate.com/login o de los Detroit Lions en https://lionsfordtailgate.com, dependiendo del Grupo en el que deseen participar: SE RECOMIENDA A LOS PARTICIPANTES QUE SELECCIONEN CON CUIDADO, PORQUE SOLO SERÁN INCLUIDOS PARA TENER LA OPORTUNIDAD DE GANAR UN PRIMER PREMIO DE LOS DALLAS COWBOYS O DE LOS DETROIT LIONS, PERO NO DE AMBOS EQUIPOS DE LA NFL.

En el sitio web correspondiente, el participante debe seguir los enlaces y las instrucciones para completar y enviar un formulario de participación oficial con toda la información requerida, que incluye, entre otros datos, el nombre, el apellido, la dirección de correo electrónico, la dirección residencial con el código postal y el número de teléfono diurno (“Participación” o “Participante”). Cada Participante recibirá una (1) participación en el Sorteo del gran premio durante el Período del sorteo y una (1) participación en el Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys o en el Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions, según su selección.

Al participar en el Sorteo, usted acepta que la información personal que proporcionó en conjunción con la participación en el Sorteo se regirá por la política de privacidad del Patrocinador que se encuentra en https://www.ford.com/help/privacy/ y la política de privacidad de los Dallas Cowboys o de los Detroit Lions, según corresponda (disponible en sus sitios web, detallados anteriormente). Lo alentamos encarecidamente a revisar las políticas de privacidad ANTES de inscribirse en el Sorteo. Al inscribirse en el Sorteo, usted acepta expresamente los términos de estas políticas de privacidad. Los residentes de California deben revisar específicamente la sección de cada política de privacidad que expone los derechos de los residentes de California de conformidad con la Ley de Privacidad del Consumidor de California (CCPA), modificada por la Ley de Derechos de Privacidad de California (CPRA), incluidos los fines para los que se ha recopilado su información personal, la manera en que el Patrocinador usará y compartirá esta información personal así como sus derechos en relación a estos asuntos.

4. Restricciones en la participación:

1. Existe un límite de una (1) Participación en el Sorteo del gran premio y una (1) Participación en el Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys o en el Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions, según su selección. La infracción de este límite dará lugar a que solo se considere la primera Participación para su inclusión en el sorteo. Todas las demás Participaciones se declararán nulas. No obstante, si una persona incumple el límite de Participaciones de manera flagrante, descarada o repetida (según determine el Patrocinador/Administrador a su exclusivo criterio), el Patrocinador/Administrador podrá descalificar a dicha persona del Sorteo por completo, y todas sus participaciones serán declaradas nulas.
2. El envío de la Participación no constituye prueba de que el Patrocinador la haya recibido ni prueba de la Participación.
3. El Patrocinador puede acusar recibo de una Participación, pero NO está obligado a hacerlo. En la medida en que sea aplicable, dicho acuse de recibo no es vinculante para el Patrocinador ni para el Administrador bajo ninguna teoría legal.
4. En caso de disputa sobre la identidad de un Participante, se considerará que la Participación fue enviada por el titular autorizado de la cuenta de correo electrónico utilizada para enviar la Participación. “Titular autorizado de la cuenta” hace referencia a la persona natural a la que le fue asignada una dirección de correo electrónico por un proveedor de acceso a Internet, proveedor de servicio en línea u otra organización responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico para el dominio asociado con la dirección de correo electrónico enviada. No se permite que varios Participantes compartan la misma dirección de correo electrónico.
5. Si usted participa en el Sorteo usando un dispositivo móvil, será el único responsable de las tarifas de acceso inalámbrico a Internet y de los demás costos relacionados con este. Se le aconseja revisar el plan de precios de su proveedor inalámbrico antes de hacerlo. Es posible que el acceso inalámbrico a Internet no esté disponible en todas las áreas.

5.  Sorteo aleatorio, notificación a los ganadores, reclamo de premios:

Los posibles ganadores se seleccionarán usando múltiples sorteos aleatorios del modo indicado a continuación:

1. Sorteo del gran premio: Alrededor del 13 de enero de 2027, el Administrador seleccionará al azar a un (1) posible ganador del gran premio entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período del Sorteo, tanto del Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys como del Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions.

2. Sorteos del primer premio: Alrededor del 27 de octubre de 2026, el Administrador seleccionará al azar a un (1) posible ganador del primer premio entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas para cada grupo, para un total de dos (2) ganadores del primer premio: uno (1) para el grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys y uno (1) para el grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions.

Cada ganador será considerado un posible ganador hasta que se verifique su elegibilidad y el cumplimiento de estos reglamentos oficiales.

6. Premios, valor aproximado de venta al público (“ARV”) y probabilidades de ganar:

1. Gran premio (1): 

El gran premio consiste en una camioneta Ford F-150® Lariat®, modelo 2026, con motor híbrido PowerBoost® V6 disponible (ARV/MSRP: $71,355). Además, el ganador podrá optar por que el vehículo seleccionado se rotule con el logotipo y los colores de los Detroit Lions o de los Dallas Cowboys (el “Gran premio”). El ARV del componente de rotulación del Gran premio es de $10,000. El ganador podrá optar por NO aceptar el componente de rotulación del Gran premio; sin embargo, en tal caso, el Gran premio consistirá únicamente en el vehículo, y el ganador no recibirá el valor correspondiente al componente de rotulación. Solo habrá disponible un (1) Gran premio en el Sorteo.

El ganador deberá tomar posesión del vehículo dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la notificación de su disponibilidad, conforme a las instrucciones del Patrocinador. Para tomar posesión del vehículo, el ganador deberá contar con una licencia de conducir válida de los Estados Unidos y presentar un comprobante de seguro. El vehículo entregado como premio podrá diferir del vehículo mostrado en los materiales promocionales. El ganador reconoce y acepta que conducir es una actividad inherentemente peligrosa que conlleva un riesgo de lesiones para sí mismo o para otras personas (incluidos pasajeros, peatones y conductores de otros vehículos) y de daños a la propiedad.

Las probabilidades de ganar el Gran premio dependen de la cantidad de Participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período de vigencia del sorteo.

2. Primeros premios (dos [2] en total; uno [1] por grupo):

[i] Premio del Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys (1):

El premio del Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys consiste en un viaje para el ganador y un (1) acompañante, a elección del ganador, para asistir a uno (1) de los siguientes juegos restantes de la temporada regular 2026-2027 de la NFL de los Dallas Cowboys (el “Primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys”). El viaje incluye transporte aéreo de ida y vuelta en clase turista desde un aeropuerto comercial importante cercano al domicilio del ganador hasta el lugar donde se celebre el juego seleccionado, para el ganador y un (1) acompañante adulto; dos (2) noches de alojamiento estándar en hotel (habitación individual con ocupación doble); un estipendio de $500 otorgado en efectivo o mediante una tarjeta de regalo (los detalles serán determinados por el Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio; el estipendio corresponde únicamente al ganador; se aplican términos y condiciones); y dos (2) entradas para el juego seleccionado. La selección del juego estará sujeta a la aprobación del Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio. El ARV del Primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys es de hasta $5,000. Solo habrá disponible un (1) Primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys en el Sorteo. Es posible que el ganador NO reciba su primera elección de juegos de los Dallas Cowboys entre las opciones disponibles.

† La Liga Nacional de Fútbol Americano podrá modificar la fecha de un juego, de conformidad con su política de programación flexible.

[ii] Premio del Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions (1):

El premio del Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions consiste en un viaje para el ganador y un (1) acompañante a Múnich, Alemania, para asistir al juego entre los Detroit Lions y los New England Patriots (el “Primer premio de los Detroit Lions”). El viaje incluye transporte aéreo de ida y vuelta en clase turista desde un aeropuerto comercial importante cercano al domicilio del ganador hasta Múnich, Alemania, para el ganador y un (1) acompañante adulto; tres (3) noches de alojamiento estándar en hotel (habitación individual con ocupación doble); un estipendio de $750 otorgado en efectivo o mediante una tarjeta de regalo (los detalles serán determinados por el Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio; el estipendio corresponde únicamente al ganador; se aplican términos y condiciones); y dos (2) entradas para el juego entre los Detroit Lions y los New England Patriots del 15 de noviembre de 2026.  El ARV del Primer premio de los Detroit Lions es de $7,000. Solo habrá disponible un (1) Primer premio de los Detroit Lions en el Sorteo.

Las probabilidades de ganar un Primer premio dependen de la cantidad de Participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período de participación del primer premio correspondiente a cada grupo.

[iii] Para los Premios de viaje:

Las entradas podrán ser digitales o impresas en papel. Si el ganador decide viajar o participar en el viaje correspondiente sin un acompañante, no se otorgará ninguna compensación adicional al ganador y únicamente se proporcionará una (1) entrada para el juego. El viaje deberá realizarse en las fechas especificadas por el Patrocinador. El ganador y su acompañante deberán viajar en el mismo itinerario. El valor real del viaje puede variar según el lugar de salida y las fluctuaciones en el costo del transporte aéreo. No se otorgará ninguna diferencia entre el ARV estimado y el valor real de un Primer premio. Para el Primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys, si el ganador reside dentro de un radio de 100 millas del destino, se podrá proporcionar transporte terrestre en lugar de transporte aéreo, y no se otorgará ninguna compensación por cualquier diferencia en el valor del premio. Las fechas de viaje están sujetas a disponibilidad. Pueden aplicarse fechas restringidas y otras limitaciones. Los ganadores y sus acompañantes son responsables de contar con documentos de viaje válidos, incluidos documentos de identificación emitidos por el Gobierno o pasaportes (para el Primer premio de los Detroit Lions, será obligatorio contar con un pasaporte válido por al menos los tres (3) meses posteriores a la fecha de salida).

El ganador será responsable de todos los gastos de viaje que no estén incluidos en el presente documento, tales como los cargos por equipaje de las aerolíneas, propinas, comidas y cualquier otro costo o gasto incidental relacionado con la participación en el premio correspondiente. Cada ganador deberá firmar y enviar una exención de responsabilidad por viaje antes de que se reserve dicho viaje. Si el ganador no ha alcanzado la mayoría de edad legal en la jurisdicción de residencia del ganador (18 o 21 años, según corresponda), su padre/madre/tutor legal deberá ser también el ganador del primer premio y firmar la exención en nombre del ganador. El ganador y su acompañante reconocen, por medio del presente, que el Patrocinador no ha obtenido ni proporcionará un seguro de viaje ni ningún otro tipo de seguro para ninguna parte del viaje. Cada ganador deberá presentar una tarjeta de crédito principal al momento de registrarse en el hotel, y todos los cargos realizados a la habitación se cargarán a dicha tarjeta de crédito. Cualquier daño ocasionado a la habitación será responsabilidad del ganador. El Patrocinador no asume ninguna responsabilidad si algún evento, elemento o detalle del premio es cancelado, pospuesto o deja de estar disponible por cualquier motivo. En caso de que algún evento, elemento o detalle del primer premio no esté disponible, el Patrocinador no tendrá ninguna obligación con el ganador, salvo proporcionar la parte restante del premio correspondiente, excluyendo el evento, elemento o detalle que no esté disponible. El Patrocinador no será responsable si el evento se retrasa, se pospone o se cancela por cualquier motivo. El ganador no recibirá compensación del Patrocinador por las entradas que el ganador no pueda usar debido a la cancelación del evento, pero es posible que las entradas estén sujetas a políticas y procedimientos de canje por lluvia establecidos por el emisor. Cada ganador acepta que el ingreso al evento se otorga de conformidad con una licencia revocable e intransferible que es personal para ese ganador aplicable y no se puede vender, revender, rematar, canjear, asignar, intercambiar, comerciar, transferir, regalar, donar ni transmitir a otros de ninguna manera. El Patrocinador y el equipo de la NFL aplicable se reservan el derecho de sacar al ganador y a su acompañante o negarles la entrada si tanto el ganador como su acompañante incumplen las restricciones previas o actúan de cualquier modo perturbador o con intenciones de abusar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona en el evento. Solo habrá dos (2) primeros premios (uno [1] por Grupo) disponibles en el Sorteo: uno (1) para el Grupo del primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys y uno (1) para el Grupo del primer premio de los Detroit Lions.

El ganador debe estar disponible en la fecha del juego aprobado según lo determinado por el Patrocinador (para el Primer premio de los Dallas Cowboys, en la fecha del juego aprobado de los Dallas Cowboys; y para el Primer premio de los Detroit Lions, el 15 de noviembre de 2026). Si el ganador no está disponible en tal fecha por alguna razón, perderá el Primer premio sin compensación de ningún tipo y se seleccionará a un ganador alternativo (si hay suficiente tiempo).

Las entradas están sujetas a los términos y las condiciones de uso indicados o proporcionados en ellas, así como a las restricciones del estadio aplicable. (A modo de ejemplo, las restricciones del estadio pueden incluir una prohibición de usar lenguaje ofensivo/abusivo y de comportarse de manera ilícita o revoltosa [la infracción de estas puede causar la imposición de una multa, la expulsión del estadio y otras penalidades]; o la política del estadio en relación a los bolsos, la prohibición de llevar ciertos artículos al estadio [por ejemplo, armas] y la restricción o prohibición del estadio de volver a entrar una vez que se sale). Las entradas no podrán ser usadas por otra persona que no sea el ganador y el acompañante del ganador, lo que incluye, entre otras cosas, su cesión a terceros mediante una reventa, un intercambio o un canje. La ubicación y el tipo de asientos serán determinados por el Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio. Los términos y las condiciones de las entradas otorgadas regirán en el caso de que un juego, un evento o una exhibición legal, según define estos términos la Liga Nacional de Fútbol Americano, no se juegue debido a condiciones meteorológicas, un acto fortuito, un acto de terrorismo, un disturbio social o cualquier otra razón. El ganador y su acompañante aceptan cumplir todos los reglamentos del estadio correspondiente en relación con la aceptación y el uso del premio.

Los ganadores del Primer premio y sus acompañantes deben actuar siempre de forma apropiada, educada y respetuosa, además de seguir todas las instrucciones de seguridad y de otro tipo. Lo anterior incluye, entre otras cosas, cumplir con las políticas del estadio así como con cualquier ley/reglamento o política (de Estados Unidos o de cualquier subdivisión política de tal país, de Alemania o de cualquier subdivisión política de tal país, o cualquier entidad comercial, según corresponda) diseñado para prevenir la propagación de la COVID-19/el coronavirus; como por ejemplo el uso de máscaras, el distanciamiento social, proporcionar un comprobante de prueba negativa de COVID-19/coronavirus o proporcionar un comprobante de vacunación contra la COVID-19/el coronavirus.  

  Para todos los premios: Hay un límite de un (1) Gran premio y un (1) primer premio por persona. En ningún caso se otorgará una cantidad de premios mayor a la indicada. Si, por alguna razón, se envían más notificaciones de premio (o se reciben más reclamos) que la cantidad de premios ofrecida, del modo expuesto en estos reglamentos oficiales, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de otorgar la cantidad de premios planeada haciendo un sorteo al azar entre todos los reclamos de premio elegibles recibidos.

El premio se debe aceptar del modo otorgado. Cada ganador es exclusivamente responsable de los costos/gastos no especificados en estos reglamentos oficiales incurridos en la aceptación y el uso del premio respectivo.

7. Cómo reclamar un premio:

Los posibles ganadores están sujetos a una verificación de elegibilidad y al cumplimiento de estos reglamentos oficiales. Después de cada sorteo al azar aplicable, el Administrador notificará al posible ganador por correo electrónico/teléfono usando la dirección de correo electrónico/el número de teléfono proporcionado en el momento de la inscripción. Se exigirá que los posibles ganadores del Gran premio completen y envíen una declaración jurada de elegibilidad y una exención de responsabilidad y, excepto donde esté prohibido, una autorización de publicidad, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha de notificación; los posibles ganadores del primer premio deben completar y enviar la declaración jurada/exención de responsabilidad dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la notificación. Una firma electrónica, afirmación o firma por fax tendrá el mismo efecto y vigor legal que un documento firmado a mano. Sin embargo, el Patrocinador y el Administrador se reservan el derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de requerir que el posible ganador envíe una versión firmada a mano de la declaración jurada/exención de responsabilidad para otorgarle el premio si el Patrocinador y el Administrador consideran que tal firma electrónica/afirmación/firma por fax es no probatoria o inadecuada. El incumplimiento del requisito de proporcionar toda la información requerida y una firma en los documentos dentro del plazo de tiempo indicado puede causar la pérdida del derecho del ganador a reclamar su premio y hacer que el premio sea otorgado a un ganador alternativo si hay suficiente tiempo. Si un posible ganador de cualquier premio es descalificado, se determina que no es elegible, no cumple con estos reglamentos oficiales o se niega a aceptar un premio, el premio respectivo se perderá. Si se pierde un premio y si hay suficiente tiempo, este podrá ser otorgado a un ganador alternativo seleccionado en un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles restantes recibidas para el sorteo aplicable, según determine el Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio. Si, después de un intento de buena fe, el Patrocinador no puede otorgar o entregar un premio, es posible que este no se vuelva a otorgar. Después de verificarse la elegibilidad, se procederá a contactar a los ganadores para organizar la entrega del premio. Se perderá toda porción del premio que no sea aceptada por el ganador. Cada ganador será exclusivamente responsable de pagar todo impuesto federal, estatal y local aplicable por los premios obtenidos por el ganador. El Patrocinador emitirá un Formulario 1099-MISC del Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS) a los ganadores. Todos los demás costos y gastos no expuestos expresamente en el presente serán responsabilidad de cada ganador. Los premios solo se otorgarán a los ganadores verificados.

El Patrocinador tratará de notificar a cada posible ganador del modo expuesto anteriormente, pero el Patrocinador, las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL no son responsables de las llamadas telefónicas interrumpidas/fallidas o no exitosas, los correos electrónicos no entregados (incluidos los correos electrónicos que no se reciben porque el filtro de privacidad y correo no deseado del ganador desvía un correo electrónico del Sorteo o el correo electrónico de notificación al ganador, a la carpeta de correo electrónico no deseado o de correo basura). Es posible que los premios que no se reclamen, no se canjeen o se devuelvan por no poder entregarse no se vuelvan a otorgar. Los premios no son transferibles y no se permite sustituirlos, intercambiarlos o cambiarlos por dinero en efectivo, excepto por parte del Patrocinador, quien se reserva el derecho de sustituir un premio por otro de valor equivalente o superior si el premio no está disponible o por razones de fuerza mayor, a criterio absoluto y exclusivo del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador, el Administrador, las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL, incluidas, entre otras, las Entidades de los Cowboys y las entidades de DLI Properties, LLC, no serán responsables de ningún retraso en la entrega de cualquier premio, independientemente de la causa.

Si el Participante seleccionado como posible ganador no responde a la llamada telefónica o al correo electrónico de notificación de ganador (según corresponda) dentro del plazo establecido (incluidos los casos en que el correo electrónico de notificación sea clasificado como “correo no deseado” o “correo basura” por el proveedor de servicios de correo electrónico del ganador, o cuando el correo electrónico no pueda entregarse), no firma y envía oportunamente la declaración jurada/exención de responsabilidad, cuando corresponda (según se indica anteriormente), o si se determina que el ganador no es elegible por cualquier motivo, o el Participante seleccionado no puede ser contactado tras realizar esfuerzos razonables, según lo determine el Administrador a su entera discreción (lo que puede consistir en un solo intento de contacto por correo electrónico o llamada telefónica), se podrá seleccionar a otro participante como posible ganador en su lugar.

8. Exenciones de responsabilidad:

Al participar, los Participantes aceptan eximir de responsabilidad y mantener indemnes a las Partes exentas y a las Entidades de la NFL (según se define más adelante), así como a cada una de sus respectivas filiales, empleados, directivos, administradores y agentes, frente a cualquier responsabilidad derivada de la participación en el Sorteo, de cualquier actividad relacionada con el Sorteo o de la recepción, aceptación, posesión, uso o uso indebido de cualquier premio, según corresponda.

1. Los participantes reconocen que las Entidades de la NFL, las Entidades de los Cowboys y las entidades de DLI Properties, LLC no tienen ninguna obligación relacionada con el vehículo del Gran premio, que incluye, entre otras cosas, su control, mantenimiento, matriculación o registro, reparaciones y seguro.
2. Asimismo, los participantes aceptan que las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL no otorgan ninguna garantía, declaración o compromiso, ni expreso ni implícito, de hecho o de derecho, con respecto a cualquier premio, que incluye, entre otras cosas, las garantías de comerciabilidad o de idoneidad para un fin determinado. Lo anterior no afecta la garantía escrita estándar del Patrocinador para el modelo Ford F-150® Lariat® 2026, conforme a los términos expresos de dicha garantía.
3. Cuando la ley lo permita, al aceptar el(los) premio(s), el ganador autoriza al Patrocinador y a las personas o entidades designadas por este (incluidos los propietarios de los Dallas Cowboys o los Detroit Lions) a utilizar su nombre, imagen, voz, fotografía, declaraciones sobre el Sorteo, domicilio (ciudad y estado) y otros elementos identificativos de su persona con fines comerciales, publicitarios o de promoción, sin compensación adicional, notificación ni aprobación de ninguna clase.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad: 

1. Las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL NO serán responsables de lo siguiente:

• Cualquier información incorrecta o inexacta, ya sea causada por los participantes, por errores de impresión o por cualquier equipo o programación asociados o utilizados en el Sorteo.
• Fallos técnicos de cualquier tipo, incluidos, entre otros, averías, interrupciones o desconexiones en redes celulares, líneas telefónicas o equipos y programas informáticos de red.
• Cualquier intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de participación o del Sorteo.
• Errores técnicos o humanos que puedan producirse en la administración del Sorteo o en el procesamiento de las participaciones.
• Participaciones recibidas fuera de plazo, perdidas, incompletas, enviadas a un destinatario incorrecto, dañadas, corruptas, ilegibles, distorsionadas, desordenadas, inaccesibles, robadas, deterioradas o comprometidas por cualquier causa, las cuales se considerarán nulas.
• Cualquier daño a la computadora, al dispositivo móvil o a la información almacenada en ellos, ya sea del Participante o de un tercero, como consecuencia de la participación en el Sorteo.
• Cualquier lesión o daño a personas o bienes que pueda ser causado, directa o indirectamente, total o parcialmente, por la participación del Participante en el Sorteo o por la recepción, uso o uso indebido de cualquier premio.

2. El hecho de que las Partes exentas o las Entidades de la NFL no hagan cumplir cualquiera de los términos de estos reglamentos oficiales no constituirá una renuncia a dicha disposición. En caso de existir cualquier conflicto entre los detalles contenidos en estos reglamentos oficiales y los incluidos en cualquier material promocional (incluidos, entre otros, materiales en puntos de venta, publicidad televisiva e impresa, empaques promocionales y cualquier otro medio promocional), prevalecerán los detalles del Sorteo establecidos en estos reglamentos oficiales.

3. Fuerza mayor. Si, por cualquier motivo fuera del control del Patrocinador, algún acontecimiento o circunstancia interfiere con cualquier aspecto del Sorteo (incluidos, entre otros, una pandemia o epidemia, incendios, inundaciones, tormentas u otro desastre natural, disturbios o huelgas), las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL se reservan el derecho, a su entera discreción, de cancelar, dar por terminado, modificar o suspender el Sorteo y llevarlo a cabo poniendo los premios a disposición de los participantes de una manera justa, equitativa y conforme a estos reglamentos oficiales, según lo determinen las Partes exentas y las Entidades de la NFL (incluidas las Entidades de los Cowboys y las entidades de DLI Properties, LLC, a su exclusiva discreción). El Patrocinador publicará un aviso de dicha medida en los sitios web oficiales del Sorteo de los Detroit Lions y los Dallas Cowboys. En tal caso, el Patrocinador, a su exclusiva discreción, podrá optar por realizar un sorteo aleatorio entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas hasta la fecha de la suspensión o finalización del Sorteo, y podrá modificar los premios ofrecidos conforme a estos reglamentos oficiales.

4. CUALQUIER INTENTO DE MANIPULAR EL SORTEO, INTERFERIR O IMPEDIR SU NORMAL DESARROLLO, O ESTAFAR AL PATROCINADOR O AL ADMINISTRADOR EN RELACIÓN CON LA ORGANIZACIÓN O EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SORTEO DARÁ LUGAR A LA DESCALIFICACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA DEL PARTICIPANTE (CUANDO CORRESPONDA), ADEMÁS DE EXPONER A CUALQUIER PERSONA SOSPECHOSA DE DICHA CONDUCTA A ACCIONES PENALES Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY.

10. Ley aplicable y resolución de controversias:

1. Estos reglamentos oficiales y el Sorteo se regirán por las leyes del estado de Michigan, con exclusión de los reglamentos sobre conflicto o elección de leyes de Michigan o de cualquier otra jurisdicción que pudieran dar lugar a la aplicación de las leyes de una jurisdicción distinta de Michigan.
2. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, los Participantes aceptan que: (i) cualquier reclamación, controversia o causa de acción relacionada con el Sorteo o con estos reglamentos oficiales deberá presentarse de forma individual (NO COMO PARTE DE UNA DEMANDA COLECTIVA) ante los tribunales federales o estatales del estado de Michigan; (ii) consienten expresamente la jurisdicción personal de dichos tribunales, los cuales serán el foro exclusivo para resolver cualquier reclamación, controversia o causa de acción de esta naturaleza; (iii) la indemnización a la que puedan tener derecho se limitará exclusivamente a los gastos reales desembolsados por su participación en el Sorteo (si los hubiera), y renuncian expresamente a cualquier otro tipo de compensación o indemnización, que incluye, a modo de ejemplo, daños punitivos, consecuenciales, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o ejemplares, así como al reembolso de los honorarios de abogados derivados de la presentación de dicha reclamación, controversia o causa de acción. ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES NO PERMITEN LA LIMITACIÓN O EXCLUSIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES, POR LO QUE LAS LIMITACIONES ANTERIORES PODRÍAN NO SER APLICABLES EN SU CASO.
